SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

RETURNS
Because LAZY SUNDAY creates hand-made, made to order products with integrity and honesty, we do not currently accept returns. All sales are final and refunds will not be issued on any order.  
However, your satisfaction is very important  to us. If your order is  damaged, defective or if  you have concerns or with any your order, please email us at shoplazysundayco@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll aim to resolve any issue on a case by case basis. 


SHIPPING
All orders are processed and shipped Monday – Thursday, via USPS,  within 3-7 business days. All orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.  If USPS has confirmed  that your package has been shipped and you have not received it (missing /lost/stolen) we recommend that you contact your local USPS postal office  and provide them with your tracking information so that they may be able to further assist you. 
It is important that you provides LAZY SUNDAY with the correct shipping information, including apartment, suite and floor or unit number. If your package gets returned back to us because of the wrong shipping address, you are responsible for the cost of replacement and shipping.
